You are entitled to return a product that . . .
• Has defective packaging that prevents or hinders use
• Causes an unaccepted skin reaction that does not resolve when a product is used appropriately
• Is unsafe (product recall)


You are entitled to a refund or replacement if the problem is major or cannot be fixed. If the problem is not major and can be fixed within a reasonable time, the store can choose to refund, repair or replace the product. All refund/return requests must be made within 2 months of the product/s purchase.

 

You are not entitled to return a product when. . .

• You used the product in a way that deviates from the directions for use - eg. applying more that the recommended amount.
• You change your mind
• You ordered the wrong item. We are happy to exchange the product if is this in it's box or closed packaging and in saleable condition. Return postal charges apply.
• You found the goods cheaper elsewhere
• You were aware of the relevant fault or restriction of use before buying the goods
• You damaged the goods by misusing them.
• The product is less than 70% full (ie more than 30% has been used).
• You may also not be able to seek a remedy if you do not have a receipt or other proof of purchase.

 

How to return goods to the Flawless Rejuvenation Skin Clinic Skincare:
Before you return goods to Flawless Rejuvenation Skin Clinic’s online skincare store please contact us at reception@flawlessrejuvenation.com.au . We will need you to provide some details regarding your return and we will give you return postal instructions.

Return postal charges are the customers onus. Cost of return postage will be based on the weight or/and size of the products you are returning. Please have your products weighed/measured at an Australia Post outlet to ensure that the appropriate postage is selected for successful delivery. Please select registered mail (additional $2.95 at Australia Post) so as your package can be tracked. If you do not choose registered mail and your package is lost in transit we will not be able to refund or exchange your product.

Once Flawless Rejuvenation Skin Clinic has the goods, we will provide you with the appropriate remedy.

If the goods have a manufacturing fault, the return mailing costs incurred will be refunded to you.
